About festival06.org

In 2006, festival06.org was the official website of the streetfootballworld festival 06, the street football world championship held in Berlin during the FIFA World Cup. After the festival the domain lapsed and was used for years by sites with no connection to the tournament.

Today festival06.org is an independent editorial project that preserves that history and covers street football and football for development around the world. We are not affiliated with streetfootballworld, FIFA or any of the organisations we write about.
